You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an unopened and unused product.

Once we have received and inspected your return, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, and due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This ensures that every product we ship is sterile and has not been tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for these items. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product in your email.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

  • You initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product is not a perishable item or a product that has been personalized.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or packing slip).

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all of our customers.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team: Please email us at contact@psychedelicssolution.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Ship your item: Securely package the item and include the RMA number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@psychedelicssolution.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@psychedelicssolution.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
